Shipping: Our shipping charges are as follows:
Shipping Rates apply to orders shipping within the United States and Canada.
If additional charges apply to Canada orders, we will notify you via email immediately.

When will I get my package?
We know you are anxious to receive your package and we are committed to processing and shipping your order expeditiously. However, we have many talented designers and manufacturers that ship from all over the United States, each with specific production requirements and shipping methods, and varies by vendor. We suggest checking product availability and estimated time of delivery before placing your order. Estimated Production Times are listed in our product descriptions for each product and usually ships within the time frame noted on the item.
BUSINESS DAYS are Monday through Friday. We are not in our offices on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays so we are not available to ship or process orders during those times.
If your order was placed after 6 PM Central Time, it will be processed on the NEXT Business Day.
Packages ship either First Class Mail or Priority Mail, also depending on vendor. Please allow for the specified production time and an additional 3-5 business days for Priority Mail delivery and 5-7 days for First Class delivery depending on your location.

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing orders.
If you have ordered more than one item, they may arrive in several shipments.
We will contact you via email as your items ship.
UPS delivers Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
If you need your order shipped out via over-night or express, please contact us for arrangements and pricing. Not all items will be available for expedited shipping but we will do our best to accommodate you.
*Lost, Damaged & Delayed Orders:
Please be advised that Miss Priss can not be responsible for shipments once they have left our studio and we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items. Some of our suppliers offer tracking/delivery confirmation as a courtesy while others do not. If you want to guarantee the arrival of your package(s), we suggest adding tracking to each item ordered. *Note: A large majority of our items are not traceable nor insured unless you specifically request those services.
Holiday Production Schedule:
Please prepare for your holiday shopping accordingly!
Like other retailers, our sales volume increases significantly during the holiday season. We do our very best to meet our customer's needs, but please realize we can not always work miracles. Specified shipping times do not apply during the busy months of November and December. All custom orders, monogrammed and personalized items will require additional production time and can add an extra 2-3 weeks to the estimated time of delivery, depending on the item and vendor. Please feel free to email us before placing your order to ensure you receive your items in time for Christmas.
All Customized Items are FINAL SALES
All custom-made, monogrammed, personalized and hand-painted items are created per your specifications and personalized just for you. Therefore, they are non-returnable unless it is our error. If we have made a mistake, we welcome the opportunity to resolve the error immediately and re-ship the corrected product at no cost to you.
