Our "workshop" is a busy place - Therefore, Email is the most efficient way to reach us. If you would prefer a phone call, include it in your email, along with the most convenient time for us to call you back. We check email daily, and will usually respond within 24 hours on weekdays. Our offices and warehouse are closed on weekends and holidays, however emails are usually answered periodically throughout the weekend.
Please feel free to email us with any questions regarding ordering, product information, hosting parties, wholesale, new artisan and new product submissions, or anything else we can help you with. We are committed to offering our customers exceptional customer service, so please let us know if you need anything! International Orders: We currently do not ship outside the United States; We accept orders from the United States and Canada only.

Our goal at Miss Priss is to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise, outstanding customer service and a wonderful shopping experience. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and without your feedback we won't know how to improve our products. We hope you enjoy your purchases, but if for any reason you would like to make a return, we ask that you provide us with a reason for your return.
PLEASE NOTE: Because many of our products are custom designed at the time an order is placed, we ask that you make your selection very carefully as these items are non returnable unless it is our error.
Therefore, we have implemented the following guidelines:
Non-custom | Non-personalized purchases
We are very confident that you will be 100% happy with your Miss Priss purchase(s). However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), we will happily accept a return within 14 days from the original postmark date for a full refund, or for a store credit or exchange within 30 days, less the shipping costs. If you received free shipping, our shipping and handeling costs will be deducted from your refund.
Item(s) must be returned to Miss Priss in new, unused condition, be in original packaging with all tags attached, for full credit. If you fail to return your purchase within the allowed time, or if we suspect an item that you have returned has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Upon receipt of your return, Miss Priss will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) in the original form of payment or ship the item you have selected in exchange. There are no returns, exchanges or credits after 30 days from our ship date. All shipping charges (including the costs of exchanged/replaced items) are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded by Miss Priss. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at an incorrect price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the right to cancel any order which was posted to the site with errors of color, style or price. If we cancel your order after we have received payment, we will issue a refund in your original form of payment.
Custom Designed | Personalized Orders
All custom-designed / personalized and other made-to-order products should be given careful consideration before placing the order. Because artisans craft these items to your specifications, Miss Priss cannot accept returns/exchanges or cancellations on these products unless it is our error. All sales will be final.
Sale Merchandise Sale merchandise may only be returned for store credit or other merchandise.
Returns & Exchanges on items that are Lost, Delayed or Damaged:
Miss Priss is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation. Note: All packages sent via UPS or FedEx are traceable and automatically insured for $100. Items sent via US postal Service are not traceable nor insured unless you specifically request those services.
When returning an item, please include a copy of the sales receipt, your reason for the return and note if you would like a refund or store credit. Returns will only be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

*Returns/Approved Cancellations will be processed within 14 business days. You will receive notification by email, to the address on file, once the refund, credit or exchange transaction has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 7 business days to reflect this transaction.
*Can an order be cancelled after it is placed? Unfortunately, once an order is placed and is in production it cannot be cancelled. Most orders are submitted to the appropriate vendors within 24 hours. However, if you contact us quickly and it has not been placed into production it may be possible to cancel the order.
*If I made a mistake when I placed my customized ordered how do I correct it? Contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will confirm the status of your order and will inform you if a change can be made. Please note that an additional fee may be required in order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid these situations. Note that if the order has already been completed we are unable to replace it with the corrected version. Please see our Return Policy for additional information.
*When will I be charged for my Miss Priss purchase? We will process payment for your order as soon as your payment method has been approved, even though your items have not shipped. We have many talented designers and manufacturers that ship from all over the United States, each with specific production requirements and shipping methods. Production time is listed for each product and varies by vendor. Please note, if you have ordered more than one item, they may arrive in several shipments. You will receive confirmation as your item(s) is shipped.
*Lost, Damaged & Delayed Orders: Please be advised that Miss Priss can not be responsible for shipments once they have left our studio and we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items. Some of our suppliers offer tracking/delivery confirmation as a courtesy while others do not. If you want to guarantee the arrival of your package(s), we suggest adding tracking to each item ordered. *Note: A large majority of our items are not traceable nor insured unless you specifically request those services.
Sales Tax: No sales tax will be charged if the delivery address is located outside of the state of North Carolina. All deliveries in North Carolina will be charged a 7% sales tax on merchandise.
Shipping: We generally ship all orders via USPS or Priority Mail. Our shipping charges are as follows:
Special Offers: Miss Priss Style will occasionally offer special promotional discounts and offers. To take advantage of special offers, discount codes must be entered during the check-out process. If the code is not entered, the discount will not be applied. Discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.
Tracking your order: You will be notified by email once your entire order has shipped. Please Note that not all of our suppliers use delivery confirmation/tracking services when shipping their products. We will send you the tracking information if it is issued. If applicable, you may login anytime to check the status of your order, here.
Fraud: We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Generally, we require all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with online shopping. In addition, when you place an order, your IP address, date, and time is collected. An IP address can be tracked to the computer used to place the order.
Privacy and Security: We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information as we would our own. All information submitted to Miss Priss Style is kept confidential. No personal information is ever shared, sold or distributed to third parties for any purpose.
Miss Priss Style uses industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect data during transmission. SSL ensures that communication, (such as credit card submissions) is not tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any information sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The information is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. Our secure certificate is provided by Godaddy.com.
If you are using Paypal, Paypal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using Paypal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.
